Renaissance Marquis Retirement Village Recognizes Lisa Bohanan for Her Ten Years of Dedicated Service
June 5, 2023

Renaissance Marquis Retirement Village thanks Lisa Bohanan for her wholehearted commitment to serving their family of residents.

Rome, GA. (June 2023) — This past February, Lisa Bohanan celebrated ten years of service at Renaissance Marquis Senior Living, a premier retirement village with independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Bohanan holds the position of Senior Business Office Manager at Renaissance Marquis, but her influence extends far beyond the office as she thrives from her interactions with residents.

“It fuels my heart to come to work and get to spend my days with the Greatest Generation. The stories the residents have to share and the world changes they have seen is amazing. If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life. I’m blessed!” Bohanan shares.

Lisa began her career at Renaissance Marquis in 2003 as the Business Office Manager. She was promoted to the Senior Business Office Manager in 2022, where she began to support a sister community, The Harbor at Douglasville in Douglasville, Ga.

“Lisa has always been a vital part of the Renaissance Marquis team. She goes above and beyond to ensure our residents and family members have the best care and service. We are thankful to have had her with us for so long and look forward to her continued service,” said Allen Chambers, Senior Executive Director of Renaissance Marquis.

Bohanan and her husband of 34 years, Scott, enjoy traveling to new places in their free time, and they hope to make it to many of the historic cities of Europe, such as Paris, Rome and London. Aside from traveling, the Bohanans enjoy spending time with their son, Tyler, and his wife, Kaitlyn, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Mother’s Day is a time to recognize the steady, often quiet work of caring for others. For many, mothers are the first example of what it means to nurture.
