ROME, Ga. (February 28, 2014) – Renaissance Marquis has received a perfect score from the Georgia Department of Community Health, following an unannounced inspection by the department’s Healthcare Facility Regulation Division.

Based on the survey findings, no violations of the state’s Rules and Regulations for Assisted Living Communities, Chapter 111-8-63, were cited at the 108-apartment licensed facility, representing the highest possible rating.

“Everyone at Renaissance Marquis is thrilled by the survey’s results. It is confirmation that we are succeeding in our goal of offering seniors and their loved ones the highest-quality assisted living, independent living and Alzheimer’s care services in northwest Georgia,” said Renita Chambers, administrator of Renaissance Marquis.

The state inspection, which occurred on Jan. 22, rated many aspects of Renaissance Marquis’ operations and care, including the skill of care staff, caliber of security, quality of food service, condition of the premises, and general happiness of residents.

“I’m so proud of our team at Renaissance Marquis for this high honor. This perfect score can only happen when a dedicated team of professionals work together with loved ones and family members to give our seniors the best care possible,” Chambers said.
